Changes are Coming to Teleseminars Transcribed

Earlier this year I took over management of a transcription team over at theSmallBusinessTranscriptionist.com and I have been working with that amazing group of ladies for a few months now. This led to having clients at both places and I’ve been working to consolidate all of that in a way that makes the most sense for everyone.

Before I get into the details of the changes, please know that no matter which site you’re working with me via you are getting my level of service plus fair and reasonable pricing; that will never change. Your received service will not change and for most of you things will simply continue with business as usual.

What is changing will be the websites (for both domains) and the pricing structure offered.

Here at TeleseminarsTranscribed.com we’ll be offering a variety of packages focused strictly on teleseminars. Over at theSmallBusinessTranscriptionist.com we’ll be offering all of the same general transcription services you’ve come to know and enjoy. Think of the two sites as branches of Loretta’s Transcription Service (maybe I should change my registered DBA?)

Pricing Changes

This is actually not a huge change, just a slight adjustment in rates and the rates offered will be the same at both websites – it’s all the same service, just housed under two domain names. You can actually view the new pricing structure on the rate sheet now: https://www.teleseminarstranscribed.com/rate-sheet/. If you have any questions about the rate changes, please drop me a note via email.

In addition to the rate adjustment, beginning on January 1st you’ll find packages and add-on services available here at Teleseminars Transcribed that are going to be customized to the needs of our teleseminar clients. No worries, we don’t want anyone to feel left out, so we’re working on some awesome add-ons and perks for everyone to be shared across both sites in the new year.

Don’t Panic!

These changes are not immediate and we’ll be working into them gradually – they won’t be in full effect until January 1, 2013. In the meantime for November and December we will not be taking new clients so we can focus on getting these things taken care of smoothly and efficiently.

January is going to be fun and productive

I’m personally looking forward to these changes and I can’t wait to work with you on your projects in 2013 and beyond.
